How is the delivery fee calculated?
Your delivery fee is based on the estimated route distance between your pickup and delivery addresses. The base fee starts at $2.99, plus $0.60 per mile. Distance is calculated using our routing system, which may differ slightly from other mapping services like Google Maps — this is normal and consistent with how services like DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Instacart work.
Why does the distance look different from Google Maps?
Deliverr Me uses its own routing engine to calculate estimated distances. Different mapping providers use slightly different road data, traffic modeling, and route algorithms, so the estimated distance may vary by a small amount (typically within 5–10%). The final fee is based on our estimate, not Google Maps or any other third-party service.
What is the maximum delivery distance?
We currently accept orders up to 25 miles between the pickup and delivery address. If your route exceeds this limit, you'll see a notification during checkout.
What kinds of errands can I request?
Almost anything — grocery runs, pharmacy pickups, package drop-offs, restaurant orders, and more. If a runner can safely pick it up and carry it, we can deliver it.
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries are completed within 30–90 minutes depending on your location, the time of day, and runner availability. You'll see an estimated time shown on your order.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance?
Currently we focus on on-demand deliveries. Scheduled deliveries are coming soon.
What if my runner doesn't pick up my order?
If a runner accepts your order but does not pick it up within the requested time window, the order is automatically returned to the pool for another runner to claim. You will not be charged for cancelled or undelivered orders.
How do runners get paid?
Runners earn a portion of the delivery fee plus any tip you add. Earnings are shown on each order before a runner accepts it.
What cities in Arizona does Deliverr Me serve?
Deliverr Me is available across Arizona. If there are runners in your area, your order will be matched.
